my room was cramped. there was not enough light by the mirrors. it made it HARD to get ready in the mornings. the tap in the bathroom had no indicator for hot or cold

i booked this hotel again after a previous solo trip i found it still good the breakfast included saved on expenses the location is close to rail stations which i appreciate the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean , made my stay comfortable
i found it difficult to keep water inside the shower stall even with the curtains in place this was unlike my previous room experience so it was a slight inconvenience

the room was small the wardrobe was barely adequate. i had to ask multiple times for shower gel it was frustrating. the welcome kit only included a shower towel and a face towel the bath mat was not replenished after the first day it was quite annoying.
